Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to all mobile games published by Wibboli ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or playing our games — and in particular by choosing a custom display name on a leaderboard — you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our games.

2. License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The games, their code, art, audio, and names remain our property.

3. Leaderboards & Display Names

Some games include leaderboards where your best score, display name, and country flag are visible to other players. By participating you agree that:

• Display names must not contain profanity, slurs, hate speech, sexual content, threats, or harassment in any language; personal information (yours or anyone else's — no real names, phone numbers, emails, handles); impersonation of other people, brands, or Wibboli staff; or advertising/spam.
• We may filter, reset, hide, or remove any display name or leaderboard entry at our discretion, with or without notice, including names reported by other players.
• Other players can report and block names they find objectionable; we review reports and respond in a timely manner.
• Challenges (where available) — you may send another leaderboard player a "challenge" using a fixed set of preset messages we provide; you cannot write your own message text. Using challenges to harass, threaten, demean, or spam other players is prohibited. You can turn off receiving challenges in-game, and block or report any player who challenges you.
• No cheating — submitting scores not earned through normal gameplay (automation, tampering, modified clients, exploiting bugs, forged requests) is prohibited. We may silently exclude, reset, or remove entries we determine to be illegitimate.

You can delete your own leaderboard entry at any time in-game (Leaderboard → your name → "Remove my scores").

4. Ads

Our games are free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Some optional features (such as continuing a run) may be offered in exchange for watching a rewarded ad — always opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of our games or services — including probing, overloading, or attacking our servers, scraping data, reverse-engineering for the purpose of cheating, or circumventing technical protections.

6. Termination

We may suspend or block access to online features (such as leaderboards) for devices that violate these terms. You can stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them.

7. Disclaimers

Our games and online services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features — leaderboards may occasionally be unavailable, reset, or adjusted. Scores and entries have no monetary value.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wibboli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our games. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (our games are free, so this is typically zero).

9. Changes

We may update these terms when we add features or when laws change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
