Delete Your Wibboli Account

TL;DR
You can permanently delete your Wibboli account and all of its data — coins, scores, and membership — directly inside any Wibboli game, or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your Wibboli account permanently and irreversibly removes:
- Your shared coin balance (the Wibboli wallet used across every game)
- Your leaderboard entries and scores in every Wibboli game
- Your membership and the email address linked to your account
- The links between your account and your devices
This data is deleted from our servers. There is no recovery and no waiting period.
Option 1 — Delete in any Wibboli game (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open any Wibboli game on your device.
- Open the Wibboli hub (the community / account screen).
- Scroll to Manage account.
- Tap Delete my Wibboli account and confirm.
You'll see a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access your games, email us and we'll delete your account for you. To help us find the right account, send the email from the address linked to your Wibboli membership.
Send to hammode.awad@gmail.com with the subject "Wibboli account deletion". We process email requests within 30 days, and typically much sooner.
